~BEATS POLICY~

“Free” Beats: These beats are not actually free beats. You permitted to download the beat from this website for free or pay for the download if it is not available for free. Free downloads and paid downloads are the same thing. You are allowed to record a song with the beat and use it for promotional purposes. You CAN sell the product up to 100 units if you exceed this limit without contacting meathousebeats for licensing legal action will be taken. As you list your track on Soundclick/Myspace/iSound ect. Be sure to include (Produced By meathousebeats) in the title or somewhere in the song info.


~Leasing Rights:~

You will receive an MP3 file of the beat. The beat can be delivered through via/E-mail to download. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for 1 commercial recording or broadcast and can only be sold up to 1000 units. This recording can then be distributed at your price. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, and mix the beat in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You must however give full credit to meathousebeats on all commercial recordings. meathousebeats still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.


~Exclusive Rights:~

You will receive an .WAV file of the beat delivered through US Postal Service on a CD or a link will be sent to you from send big file to your email to download. With exclusive rights you'll be able to use the beat an unlimited amount of times for all/any profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Once exclusive rights are sold the beat is no longer available on the website. Exclusive rights are sold to only one user and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party.

~Custom Production~

Customs cost $400. $100 must be payed upfront so I know your serious. the remaining wont be paid until you are satisfied with the beat. also everytime I send u the "finished" beat and u ask me to make a change it would add an additional $30 each time. Custom beat will be sent to you just like exclusive beats. Custom beats will not be uploaded to the internet. If you back out of the deal I will not refund your $100. If I finish your beat and I can not get in contact with you. I will wait 30 days and if u have not paid for the beat I will upload it to the internet and you will lose your $100. Make sure you are serious about buying a beat before you hit me up.
