10-10-2008. More new gear at Ethos Studio and new album for 2009




Hi again ;-). New gear arrived past summer to Ethos Studio, the Elektron Monomachine MKII, an Alesis Multimix 16 Firewire and a Korg Kaoss Pad 3. I have been reading instructions, building new sounds and assembling information about these machines and the Radikal Technologies Spectralis.

Now is time to work and compose some music for the forthcoming album, that will be free in 2009 first months.

I´m working hard in the sound and sequences conception for the new work. I think this album will be less "harmonic" and more rhythmic. The concept is also more abstract, but with a taste of "Deeper, Bright and Clear" and some electro music elements.

Hola de nuevo ;-). Este pasado verano llegó nuevo equipo a Ethos Studio, una Elektrón Monomachine MKII, una mesa Alesis Multimix 16 Firewire y un controlador Korg Kaoss Pad3. He estado leyendo instrucciones, diseñando nuevos sonidos y recopilando información de estos equipos así como de Radikal Technologies Spectralis.

Ahora es momento de trabajar y componer alguna música para el próximo álbum, que verá la luz en los primeros meses de 2009.

Estoy trabajando tanto en el sonido como en el sistema de secuenciación del nuevo trabajo. Pienso que este será menos armónico y más rítmico. El concepto es también algo más abstracto aunque recupera cierto sabor a "Deeper, Bright and Clear", así como algunos elementos de música electro.

Complexystems - "The CompleXe Discography"

One year ago the album "Deeper, Bright and Clear" gave to us the opportunity to know CompleXystems´s music. The album was listened in many corners of the planet, and people of diverse conuntries put in contact with the musician to obtain more music and works.

Last November, "This Obscure Afternoon" was offered us with a very personal and electronic point of view, and people again, wrote CompleXystems about the possibility of download all his albums.

Now is the moment to know what happened before this two albums to complete and to understand his musical career.

Complexystems born in 1999 as a project of electronic experimental music in which everything is possible, samplers,machines, noises, atmospheres...

But as the equipment grows, the ideas grow, and his music is becoming melodic, with human touches, coming to a downtempo style,sometimes hypnotically, sometimes as a soundscape movie...



Complexystems nace en 1999 como un proyecto de música electrónica experimental en el que todo vale, samplers de máquinas, ruidos, atmosferas...

Pero a medida que crece el equipo crecen las ideas, y su música se va tornando melodica, con toques mas humanos llegando a un estilo downtempo a veces hipnótico, a veces paisajistico.
