Why this name?
First my name was Ace cause in every sport I played I was #1 so that name kinda stuck since a kid. Then friends started to call me Koon short for Ace Boon koon and it stuck wit me...

Leasing beats are only 30 each from Dj Ace Boon Coon. You have the rights to use the beat for ONE commercial project and you may sell up to 2,500 copies of the song without paying me any royalties. If you sell more than 2,500 copies contact Dj Ace Boon Coon @ acedacorp@gmail.com
Leasing Rights:
You will receive the beat in an mp3/wav format. The beat will be tagged and sent digitaly. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. You should acknowledge me on and give credits on any mixtape covers or songs you sale, have downloadable, or give away. You may sell up to 2,500 units of the final project. You have the full rights to record, mix the beat/song in anyway, shape or form. You also receive a contract granting you the Leasing rights to the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use.If you sell more than 2,500 units you have to buy a new lease or the exclusive rights. The seller still owns the beat and the seller is able to resell the beat to any other until exclusive rights have been purchased. You can NOT resell the beat!
Exclusive Rights:
You will receive the beat digitally, in wav or mp3 format and tracked out with every instrument to fix the beat to your liking. You should acknowledge me on and give credits on any mixtape covers or songs you sale, have downloadable, or give away. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You also have the full rights to record, mix the beat/song in any way, shape or form. You will receive a contract granting you the exclusive rights.The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat except for prior leasing rights holders. Royalties from the sale of records or downloads will be discussed and put in contract.
