Have you performed in front of an audience?
I've been in bands and have played live many times. I have also acted in plays and musicals. I long to perform my songs live, but haven't found a consistent group of musicians who are willing to back-up a female songwriter/performer. I'm still looking though.
Your musical influences
I was raised in suburban Detroit, but spent most of my years in Boston where new music seems to thrive. So, I got to be influenced by Motown, as well as good rock influences. My preference is Alternative Rock like Hole, Garbage and Blondie. I'm comfortable writing in any style except for country, jazz and classical.

I happened across your name on Chris's page. I didn't know you were on Soundclick, and I don't think I've talked to you since way back in MP3.COM days. Are you still writing new tracks? I listened to 'Dead Girl Shoes' because - believe it or not - I was thinking of that song a few weeks ago. It was because a line in a song that I never managed to finish was similar, something about '...wandering all night in a deadman's shoes.' In any case, nice to re-discover your work.
