Nick Hutson is a composer, lyricist, orchestrator and arranger from London.
Why this name?
You'll have to ask my parents - they chose my name!
Do you play live?
I play the piano in the big band that I am in. Every gig is great fun! I have done cover performances (Piano Man by Billy Joel and Great Balls of fire and Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On by Jerry Lee Lewis) before, aswell.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives artists free reign to get their music to almost every single house in the developed world.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Maybe...it would be nice to have all the business side taken care of for me.
