Welcome to Redd-Line Entertainment where we do our best to bring you the hottest in underground hip hop. Redd-Line Ent was founded by artist/CEO LaShawn "Redd" Walker and COO Noe "Mr. C" Carrasco in the summer of 2005. Redd-Line has spawned numerous club hits such as "We Here" and "Get Live", a collaboration with Texas artist Ant Bank$. Currently we are working on Redd's debut solo album "1000 Lies and 1 Truth" with an estimated release date of July 15th 2006.
LaShawn "Redd" Walker (CEO)
Originally from the Quad Cities, Redd has been writing music the majority of his life but decided to pursue it seriously in 2002. He began in a group called "Lost Cause" with fellow members Kareem "Nemisis" Chadly, Anthony "Prophet" Zachary, and "Jewell" Woolridge. Eventually the group disbanded to pursue seperate endeavors.
Redd met Christian "Sincere" Nicci and formed "Goodfellas". Nothing became of this and it eventually evolved into "La Familia", a brotherhood of talented lyricist who sought to bring their different styles to the ears of the public, in which he still remains a member to this day.
He was intoduced to Facx Murda, the CEO of Get Dough Records, and signed a development deal with them. After a mutual split Redd decided to form "Redd-Line Entertainment with his manager, Noe "Mr. C" Carrasco, and producer/artist Pierre "8-East" Anderson. Since then they have produced various hits which caught the underground market's ear and is currently guiding them up the charts of Soundclick.com and independent music magazines.
The focus of Redd-Line is to bring credibility back to hip hop and leave a lasting impression on the music business.
Redd has done car shows in San Angelo, TX and has opened for DSR (Dirty South Riders) in Odessa, TX. On June 3rd 2006 he will be opening for Bone Thugs and Harmony and Dem Franchise Boys in Midland, TX.
