I go by the name of Crucified. A few years ago I had an experience with Jesus that changed my life forever. He spoke to me in my brokenness, and counseled me to "Stop sinning." It wasn't long after that God called me to make music that would speak to His diverse creation, with confirmation by speaking Isaiah 61:1 into my heart. That's why I give this music away. Why this name?
How did I get the name Crucified? I didn't actually pick this name. I called my first album "The Crucified Album", and people thought it was self titled. But really it was about an idea, about God's desire to see us change. Anyway, the name stuck, and now it is what it is.
"If anyone is to come after Me, he must take up his cross daily, and follow Me." -Jesus Christ (Luke 9:23), and
"I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ who lives in me"-Paul of Tarsus (Gal 2:20)
