Won8D is a refined talent coming up strong in the Pacific Northwest. Born Colvin Blake in Omaha, Nebraska, Won8D has been in the rap game for nearly a decade. As an emcee, Won8D has been tearing up the competition at open mics and emcee battles all over the country and has performed, quite literally, all over the world. From Thailand to Singapore, Chicago to Nebraska and of course, the Pacific Northwest, Won8D has mesmerized crowds. Performing in such venues as The Northwest Import/Export Auto Show and Hedonist Masquerade Ball and opening for major recording artists Sir Mix Alot and Digital Underground, Won8D has honed his performance skills and possesses a commanding stage presence and a delivery style that is second to none. *In addition to being hard at work on his upcoming solo album, IllOfficial slated for a 2007 release, Won8D has writing credits on several local artists albums. Having recently signed with MasterMynd Entertainment, Won8D is ready to hit the hip-hop scene with a vengeance.

We have so many new things on the horizon. I have a new label behind Mastermynd Ent me thats doing everything to get me out there. Plus, im with Unik Management handling all the artist extra's for me, and my main damey R-Dub who been holding me down since day 1. So we have a strong team with a strong roster thats ready to do it. I just did a show for Chief Rocker Busy Bee for www.thenext.tv when they were in Seattle. Your musical influences
Man..I grew up listening to gospel, the blues, a whole lot of singing...cuz that's what i really wanted to do. Until i hit puberty...voice cracking and stuff. But once i started rhyming,breaking,and doing graff work....i just wanted to do hip hop...i wanted to be hip hop u feel me...

It's all about handling business and everything else will fall into place. Life is full of surprises some good some bad its just how it goes. Im more mature with my outlook on the music and the industry now.
