About LAZIRUS: This is my story!
I'M GOING TO PROVE THAT IT'S POSSIBLE! MY VOICE WILL TOUCH MILLIONS!
I am unlike anyone you will ever come across. Since birth I've overcame obstacles. My mother, Minerva Perez, was in labor for over 25 hours. The doctors nearly failed to deliver me. The cervix and the umbilical cord were strangling me, they were tight around my neck. The panic in the room was overwhelming. My father dropped to a knee in the delivery room and said a simple prayer. " give life to my first born son and use him however you please, I give you my son". On July 31st 1983 I made my entrance into this world. The doctors still told my parents that I would either be a vegtable or unable to walk. I never knew my story, just that I was lucky to be alive.
A couple of years ago my father heard my first mixtape. In shock, he asked me "Why are you going under the name lazirus?". I didnt really have an answer for him. It was somewhat given to me in new york city, everyone knew me as Laz. My father's eyes began to water. "Son, Saint Lasarus was a man from the bible that god ressurected. He was a cripple that was loved by god so much that he was given a second life."
I'm no saint. I'm no Martyr. I am Lazirus. A recording artist with a drive matched by NONE. Follow my life as I head towards greatness and publish it for the world to see. Join me in my journey to sign my first major record deal. I will use my music to touch millions. I am destined for greatness.
WHAT HAVE I DONE SO FAR?
So far I've been Featured in Hood magazine (2006) followed by Ozone magazine (2007). I've been accomplishing things most local acts can only dream of. I've Shared a stage with Method Man at the house of blues and even had the opportunity to open up for Snoop Dogg.
I also had a camero in TREAL's music video, "Dont worry bout mine" and have shared stages with every act in Orlando including SouthStar.
This is just the beginning. I've been putting out Mixtape after mixtape in a relentless fashion. I plan on getting you people very familiar with who I am, and who are my "New Money Entrepreneurs". A group of recording artists I brought together under my guidance.Have you performed in front of an audience?Opening act for Method-Man and Snoop Dogg at the house of blues in Orlando, Florida.
