BLACK LOTUS is an emcee that has been in this business officially since 1994 but has been emceeing since about 1987. A rugged Emcee from the badlandz of Harlem NYC spitting ill verses, freestyles, etc.. since 1989. Never one to follow trends, this cat is all about making the true from the heart boom-bap Hip-Hop music. Being born & raised in Harlem, NYC & having lived in various places around the country (Atlanta, Philly, Syracuse, Florida) has shaped his thought process & his approach to this music. Don't get it twisted! This is not some fake thug, Bling Bling, Harlem World type flava. Strictly Da Undaground Hed-nodda steez. His style consists of complex-lyricism, knowledge of self, freestyle lyrikz & battle rhymez, strictly original, not tryin to be outdone the world's ready so now he's coming to hit 'em up w/ tight flowz, concepts, battle verses, knowledge, etc. Its time to get the buzz going so headz can peep the skills of this MC/Producer/Writer and bear witness.
