Independent musician working with keyboards and being mainly DAWless, having a preference for recording directly in audio or, perhaps, midi formats. My preference to make songs is to create instrumental pieces without a fixed rhythm or a drum track. Usually they don't have repeated sections (chorus, verses, ... ) or patterns. I've been mixing hooks over beats before 'beats with hooks' was a genre. I have made DJ mixes for radio stations, and mashups just for fun. I dabble in most genres, but HipHop will always be my go-to because I have been a rapper since 1999.
