DrumnJon / Percussion song with all Drum tracks called "Mathematical Anxiety 1". JBBQ heard this rhythmic Drums tune and felt Latin vibes of Bossa Alto/Bari Sax Melody-Solos in a HOT new song: "MI LATINA AMOR" (My Latina Love).

Story behind the song
"MI LATINA AMOR" (My Latina Love) is a sensual song. It is a music metaphor for LOVE. Starting out with a bang ,"of percussive beats" "falling in love", the song rapidly moves into the romantic interactions of two lovers: The handsome macho Latino male (symbolically played by the Bari Sax "Melody-Solo") and the beautiful seductive Latina female (symbolically played by the Alto Sax "Melody-Solo". The dynamic progression of the song is highlighted by the wide array of the Drum Kit - from Bass to Sticks to Cymbals to Steel Drums and other dramatic Love Story heartbeat effects. In tempos of ever increasing tensions, the foundational Drums and the counterpoint Saxophones meld into One until the final climatic resolution, and the serene ending of the song. But of course - Latino, with Latina, lived happily ever after...***SIGH***

The addition of the sax definitely brings a unique dimension to the track - reminds me a lot of the experimental style of jazz or the style of soundtrack they use in those avant-guarde type of movies. Always great to hear a fusion of ideas

well i left a comment at doc's page but i will here too. this is the most unique song i've heard in awhile!! you are both so good at what you do...great job to both of you!!
What a WOW WOW WOW rendition of the constantly morphing "Mathematical Anxiety" (your Math Opus of Drummin') into "Mi Latina Amor" (collab of DrumnJon and JBBQ - your fantastic drums with JBBQ backing Sax Solos/Melody - ha ha - morphing sometines gets complicated and reversed doesn't it) and NOW, with this Latin Jazz variation becoming the most recent song morph: "Mi Catlyn Amor" (with the loving, subtle sounds of Drums and Saxophones) plus the very special added touch of "Catlna" so properly substituted into the song's altered states latest manifestation on your/DrumnJon's SoundClick Music Website. Possibly, little or none of what I have just written will make sense to the "uninitiated" reader/listener re: "The ART of Morphing Music - ha, ha, ha. But such should be of no concern. What only matters is that YOU have again created music far out of the box and music, as fantastic SC singer/songster GinNger SparklezZz said to JBBQ: "for coloring outside of the lines!!" CONGRATULATIONS
