Story behind the song
This is a tune when I was inspired by the melons cut by my former wife. Oh, you came here in Japan far away from Andes!; at the time, I didn’t know the origin of melons is around middle Eastern Asia! So, I composed using folklore style. Mainly in D minor in 6/8, but handcrapping is in 9/8, if my memory works correctly. I have imagined Patrick Moraz on keyboards, Bill Bruford on drums and Richard Sinclair on electric bass.
