Story behind the song
Isle of Iowa Parrot Head Club member Gordy Smith wrote the lyrics for this song and fellow member Joe Coffey put it music and cut a rough demo. A few years later the Cedar Island Band formed and made this its first original-- a fitting tune considering what we're all about.
