Story behind the song
Originally written and performed by my friend Martin Williams, this song used to give me goose bumps whenever he played this on his acoustic guitar. After martins blessing I got to work on the song.
Months passed and I could only remember the first two chords, opening lyrics and "girlfriend for a day" line and had to fill in the missing gaps and added a middle part myself. The song is now completly different to Martins original, but to me, it will always be martins song and therefore credit him as a co-writer.
