Born in San Francisco, California of Filipino/Sicilian descent Noah moved to Virginia during his early teen years. Taking his natural ability to turn his experiences into poetry he began to write raps. After a chance meeting in high school he joined the group Divine Sonz, and helped found Charged Up Entertainment. Growing up on both coasts helped him develop a fluid style that lands in the pocket every time.
