Story behind the song
I was being starved out by a long term disability corporation while raising my child. I went to churches asking for help, preachers reply they only have means for their own congregation, I understand. TV evangelists squeezing every dime from the disabled while they live in lap of luxury. My faith has never waivered, this song was written in a time where people were content grazing at the mall, they weren't fed up enough yet.
