I am a singer/songwriter playing for the sheer joy of it. I've been finding peace singing at my piano all my life. I'm happy to sing and play for my supper anytime. :)Band/artist history
I've been playing music all of my life. I remember a sixth grade talent show. I was too young to realize I should be terrified. :)
It would be many years before I would sing for myself in front of a crowd. Now I long for any opportunity, mainly to reach into the soul's of others through music. It is my greatest desire and greatest blessing beyond those I love.

Your musical influences
I grew up listening to Lorrie Morgan, Anne Murray, later Trisha Yearwood, LeAnn Rimes. I also love groups such as the Eagles, Alabama, etc.
I also have grown to respect and love the music of Carole King. I spend time studying her style in hopes of learning from the best. :)What equipment do you use?

When the music carries you beyond the day to day, it has truly been a gift. This is what I strive for and what inspires me.
There's nothing like a beautiful, sunny day with the car windows down and the stereo blaring my favorite song - and singing along at the top of my lungs!
