Believe it or not, The Basement Tapes were recorded on an old Sony two track recorder which was hi tech for its day. Considering that, it's really not bad sound quality for recording them in an old basement with rock walls & dirt floor. As a matter of fact, all of these songs were recorded in the basement at rehearsal one night. The tape includes a lot of partying going on & bits & pieces of other songs the group wrote but those recordings have vanished into history. These are all that is left. The remainders of SweetToothe plan to do a reunion gig & rework up the complete repertoire, & some new ones too. Be looking for it soon!
