Quasi-infamous independant artist and self proclaimed psychotic genius D'zyl put together a collaboration page. Any doubts? check it out!
What's up everybody? I've only been on soundclick for just a few weeks and already I've been shown a lot of love. I've also had the pleasure of meeting and collaborating with other incredible artists from all over the globe. So this page is me trying to give back and help out everybody out there that gave me a second of their time to listen to my stuff. I am widely known and if you collaborate with me and put it on this page you WILL get heard by many and you WILL get some exposure. Just consider this a miniature version of soundclick. If you wanna' get down just let me know. Even if we think each other sucks, it don't matter. Let's just put everything aside and make some good music. That's what we're here for afterall, right? This is also a good opportunity for the younger cats to learn some techniques and get some songwriting practicing. I'm not just gonna' put up your typical 5 man battle rap collabs, 'cause those get old. I make my living as a songwriter and mc/producer/engineer, and I can tell you that battle rapping is a good thing to be able to do proficiently, but in the end, you need to span a broader horizon. Therefore the concepts we will be tackling on here will help benefit everybody. Remember, every song you do adds to your resume and gives you practice, so let's all do what we can to make sure it's not in vain. I may be a little pushy and stubborn when it comes to making songs, but that's only because I know the formula and I know how to make a song sound good. I've recorded stuff off a $50 mic that sounds just as good as the $1000 mics. Plus I will be teaching fellow collaborators better recording and mixing techniques. I'm only here to help, so if you don't wanna' get down or hate, you might as well just go somewhere else, 'cause you're wasting everybody's time. This is for the serious artist that wants to develop. Even if you wanna' just get some exposure and "dominate" this page, fine, whatever, let's do the best we can.
