Artist picture
Lyrically and harmonially strong with diverse styles of song.
I write and record all my songs on an 8 track set up. I've got a small room now instead of using the kitchen although I do have to share the space with my daughter as the computers in the room too. I normally write around 4 am. I get woken up with some song banging in my head. It won't shut up till I write it all down. I write in various style from Rock through to Country. My main interest is to get a publishing deal. It would be great to get paid for doing something I love. I'm a member of the ISA - that's where I read about Soundclick, by the way. The ISA are great I'd recommend them to anyone. They're so helpful even if you're asking some really dumb question. I've dabbled in poetry and music for a large part of my life. I like to listen to all kinds of music. I would hate to be asked what my favourite song or artist is. Some days it's Mozart, some days Black Sabbath - the Ozzy version, mind -then another day maybe Eva cassidy.

Lyrics
I sing the same song every day But nothing changes come what may I wish that I could get away Make what I do be what I say Then something takes away the fight And plunges me back into night I'd like to say my outlooks bright Though can't see how to get it right. Chorus What's your least line of resistance What pursues you with persistence Do you need to find assistance Deep inside you're always crying Sick and tired of all the lying Really want to keep on trying, yeah. No you won't need a crystal ball To fathom that my tales not tall An angel without wings I fall And lose all my total recall Oh once I thought I had it nailed But now I keep the real truth veiled Emotions dulled ambitions paled My future life is labelled failed. Rpt. chorus,then:- Walk away from death and doom Climb out of your living tomb Turn away from happy hour Your head insists you have the power. Rpt. Chorus, end.

Dark indeed, somber yet delightful and memorable melodies drive this creative gem, excellent!
