Lyrics
The day is rather glum
Prospects are uninviting
Can you feel its reach?
It’s a tug of war
The mood is all regret
It builds a wall of silence
Can you hear the cry?
As the wall is breached
Do you remember when we were children?
Life was so simple, & life was good
Do you remember faces of people?
The day is almost done
A world of imperfection
Can you feel the beat?
Rising from your soul-whoa!
Do you remember when we were children?
Life was so simple, & life was good
Do you remember places, & people?
Do you remember when we were children?
Life was so simple, & life was good
Do you remember places, & people?
