Gospel/Christian Bible-based songs
Music has always been a special joy to me. While still a child I enjoyed classical guitar and piano lessons. While growing up I had opportunity to play for our church youth group. More recently I have begun to write songs. They vary widely in style and are not confined to any one genre. My goal is to please the One who is the song-giver; to honour Him in all I write and play. It is my sincere desire that the Lord uses the music I write to draw people closer to Himself. Wherever you are at in relationship to God, may this music touch your heart and be a blessing to you.

Lyrics
Chorus What are you thinking? Be careful. For your thoughts are running your life. They influence your outlook To peacefulness or strife Guard your heart above all else Ponder your path with care For the thoughts you choose to cultivate Determine what attitude grows there. Verse 1 Sow some seeds of hope Watch optimism grow But sow seeds of doubt And insecurity you’ll know If you sow thoughts of anger You’ll reap difficulty and strife But if you sow thoughts of goodness More peace you’ll have in life Verse 2 Godliness with contentment Is wonderful gain Will your thoughts on worry dwell Or on thankfulness remain When faced with troubling hardship Will you be destroyed Or with determination Trust God and His name glorify? Verse 3 Of yourself don’t think too highly Into arrogance do not go But with the faith God’s given A servant’s humility show. Train your mind to think on things That are true, noble and right On things pure and lovely Things praiseworthy in God’s sight. Ending: For the thoughts you choose to cultivate Determine what attitude grows there. Be careful. (3x)
