Garcia Vegas is the first group from Ballin ENT consisting of 2 brothers Nick Vegas and Enzo Green. There has never been such a dynamic such as this inand such versatility in hip hop. Outkast and UGK are most definitely influential in the music but I mainly the streets if Texas has shaped these young brothers style.
