Guitar, Harmonica, Vocal, Bass "I'm givin' up hitchin' ~ The cops have been bichin'"
I'm a fifty nine year old musician. I play guitar, harmonica, and I sing.
My music, I hope, will not die when I die. I'm trying to create a legacy that my kids can listen to as well as other people should they want to. I'm getting pretty old, and my health is not good. But yeah. That about sums up my music thing.
That looks more like an obituary.
My brother Jimmy got me playing as a teenager, and he went to be with the Lord, as well as my brother Steve, but my love for music has not ceased.
Not at all.

Lyrics
I was on the road again, a long way I had roamed.
The girl who loved me, I thought loved me no more, I felt so alone.
Walkin' down that highway, with a guitar by my side.
Stickin' out my thumb, hopin' somebody would gimme a ride,
Wasn't havin' too much luck. People were drivin' by fast, yeah,
And I was wondering how long this bad luck was gonna last-
And I kept on walkin - Walking down that highway in the sun.
All that I had with me, was a harmonica and a guitar.
I don't know how far I'd gone, but I'd gone pretty far.
Went through a lot of towns, didn't stay in any long.
Got back out on that highway, and started singing a song,
I'm givin' up hitchin'. The cops have been b*** in'.
And I finally discovered I had enough to buy a pack-a-smokes.
And I was talkin' with the folks, while walkin' down that highway in the sun.
Oh, I finally met some chick named Adrienne.
She was the best girl that I'd ever seen.
Well, we spent the night together, went rising in the morn.
She said she'd have to go back to the place where she'd been born,
And she gave me some money, said "So long, honey,
And I hope we can get together really soon".
I ate my breakfast with a spoon, and started walking down the highway in the sun.
