Jay Benz was born on December. 5,1991 as Jesus Benitez in Holland,Michigan. He spent most of his childhood growing up in East Chicago,Indiana(Northwest Indiana). Jay found his love for music at the age of 13 years old. Listening to underground local artist or good music that caught his ears. Although his Speech repetition had made his life difficult. It doesn't effect him in the studio. Because, on every song it's like his studdering problem don't even exist. Now at nineteen years of age Jay is still staying strong. And still doing what he loves and does best. Making good music that actually comes from the heart. Hopefully one day hits audiences hearts and becomes an inspiration in the future.
