Self Laid Traps is basically myself and friends who have recorded stuff together over the years. The name comes from a band that I played in about 13 years ago,
Managed to get this from an old video cassette. John Winstanley (Wigan John) not only formed 'Self Laid Traps', and came up with the name. Then went on to greater things with a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band - Skinny Lennard. Still a great friend.
