John Garrett and Jeff Brown have been composing music together since they attended high school. They have a huge backlog of material and have written songs in many different styles.
Another very old one, maybe 1983 or 1984. This much I know it was the first song I recorded using our 4 track cassette recorder. All the instuments on this one are me. When I bought the 4 track, I took it home and just started trying to write songs and record them on it and this was the first one. I had my Roland gr-700 guitar synth for the bass and there is a track of synth that is a kinda xylophone with a vibrato on it. I also first discovered my triple chorus guitar sound on this one, 3 chorus pedals. Plus an acoustic guitar and Johns vocal. John had a book of lyrics he wrote laying around and I picked these out of the book to put to this song. Also Vocal is sped up (record the vocal with the recorder on its slowest speed then played back on normal speed). Fun trick.
