Story behind the song
I had the opening riff bouncing around my skull for a couple of years, but couldn't come up an idea. One Thanksgiving, a famous actor was arrested in a hotel a few miles from my home. It was like the 50th time this guy got busted, and after each bust, he would spend some time in rehab and do the talk show circuit. "I'm cured," he would proclaim proudly, and then a week later he'd be busted again. I'm not sure you can cure an addiction, you can only replace with a different one.
