Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

This really does evoke images of sailing on a gentle sea, going past strange towering rocks covered with hanging vegetation. Some years ago I used to play the 'Myst' computer games . . . your music here takes me back into that very 'Mysterious' World. Brilliant musical textures Carlo.

Stunning flute carries this one along in peace and tranquillity, and then that awesome synth riff comes in at 2:14, then it changes again.. this is a voyage. True prog spirit, packed with creativity and real originality. Great stuff maestro!

This one has got such a strong and dreamy atmosphere. There are surprising changes everywhere and I like the building up. I can imagine this one as a soundtrack for a very very special film. I've already got pictures in my head while listening.

Fantastic visuals! The arrangement is superb, I have my headphones on and the mix is stunningly good, wonderful interweaving sounds and instruments, amazing use of textures to create the sense of beauty and then the darker, more dramatic parts. Love that flute and the pulsating, soothing rhythm.
Very nice piece. That flute sounds absolutely wonderful as does the xylophone. Very nice eastern sounding instruments and interesting tonality, you always have a twist in your tunes, that adds something special to each and every one of them.
