Story behind the song
Jazzy chords led to jazzy lyrics... smoke-filled bars... but why expresso street? Maybe a 50s vibe - who knows... ( yes, I know, it's really espresso...poetic licence!) Originally on Salaweto (2004) but I was never really happy with the sound level and quality of the lead riff on the original so I rerecorded that part and remixed the whole thing in line with 'All is Vanity' practice.
