I have been playong and writing for thirtyfive years. I do all of the arranging myself as well as, the bass, guitar, lead vocals, percussion, lead guitar, and backup vocals. All of my songs are about real life. I grew up in Aberdeen Washington, where there were a lot of good musicians. Kurt VanDerhoof, played a big part in my youth, as I used to hang out with that crowd, along with Craig Wells, both from METAL CHURCH. Also THE MELVINS, Dale Crover and I used to jam, but I usually played the drums and he played the guitar, which were eachothers instruments. I played mostly with the younger crowd, Robert Novacelic,John Weiland, Greg Hogansen,Aaron Burckhart,Bob McFadden, just to name a few. Even though I never jammed with Curt Cobain, we were from the same neighborhood, and I played with alot of the same people. Krist Novacelic's brother Robert and I were best friends. We both sawed shingles in the cedar mills for years.

Story behind the song
The song is the story
Lyrics
I'm tired of looking everywhere For something that doesn't seem to be there I'm doing the best I can to be who I am The colors are plain as day and night I'm learning the things I see are right It's taken me this long just to understand The meaning of life is what it is Under the sun we all exist What has become of who we are We choose to tear us all apart repeat repeat
