I have been playing guitar since I was 19 (I got a late start). I've been lucky enough to have been in a couple of really good bands. One of the highlights (so far) was opening for Live and Lynyrd Skynryd at The Pensacola Springfest in June 2004.

Story behind the song
The drummer and I came up with this one night when no one else could make it to practice. The rest of the guys really dug the riff when they heard it and added the break that leads into the solo. I loved how it really gave the song a dynamic, moving feel.
