Yearning for Learning I met a girl in my taxi when all I thought there was was night and day and neon light and wheels a turning. She was a Christian alcoholic, I could feel her heart yearning, yearning for learning. I looked at here She looked at me And we agreed that’s not where we both should be But life is for learning Yearning for learning. I met a girl in my taxi when all I thought there was was noise combined with human voice I was returning. She was a victim of the capitalist system, she was earning but yearning for learning. I spoke me She spoke she And we couldn’t see where we were meant to be But life is for learning Yearning for learning Yearning for learning.
