Story behind the song
I was trying to come up with a catchy song about happiness with an original twist. I pretty much had the concept of "Happiness is a Choice" but it really came together when I thought of the phrase "Insanely Happy."
I started writing it one night and finished it the next morning. As always, I made adjustments and changes after performing it live a number of times.
