story behind the song: started out as a complaint about being left on hold and then various peoples informed me that hold isn't as bad as the not returned calls, business and but even more so, personal ones. i suppose this is mixing business and pleasure then, but such is life. the guitar work was to depict frustration and the anguish of waiting for a call back.
