One man singer-songwriter musician. Included here are songs written as far back as the late seventies, up to and including the present day. Four of the songs were recorded in the late 90's and make up an EP called Skies. Other albums include A Man Alone from 2002, and The World At Large from 2005. Since then, songs have been released singly as they've been completed. A new album is now available - Tales Of Love And Defiance (talesofloveanddefiance.com)

Story behind the song
An imaginary tale of romance and intrigue that's reached a bitter end. This song was written in 1997 along with several others for an album project. The band I was in at the time ended up writing nearly 30 songs, but sadly the album was never recorded. Some of the material has surfaced on various solo projects over the years. Recorded on the 788.
Lyrics
Could I ever fall in love again live again laugh again, well I don't know It could never be the same again in the end understand, well I think so I know you're thinking everything runs way too slow But if you want it, better keep it laying low We might always feel this way inside the pain we hide the rest we tried, when we let go We will always share the memory of what could be when we see, where the heart goes I know you're thinking everything runs way too slow But if you want it, better keep it laying low Only you'll know what you'll find when you look inside your mind (solo) I know you're thinking everything runs way too slow But if you want it, better keep it laying low Every moment has to slip away or so they say it's tears that stay, when the pain goes When the pieces fell apart at last it came too fast and no one asked, where the wind blows I know you're thinking everything runs way too slow But if you want it, better keep it laying low Could I ever fall in love again live again laugh again, well I don't know
