Al... Are you doing soundtracks now? Cause if you are, let me know where they are going to land. This one has so much emotion and passion in it, I would love to see it lend it's emotional skill to a visual somehow. Great piece of work. Well thought out and extremely well executed.

This piece is simply supercool! So many genre-crossings and so rich instrumentation and yet so FANTASTIC writing! I'm so overwelmed with musical perfection that I hardly know what to write here. First time I didn't miss your saxwork. Never thought I ever would have wrote that in your commentfield! Masterful work my friend!

Wonderful music from you, Al. Well composed and arranged, with just the right instruments in the right places. The breakups with strange noises and voices add a dramatic effect. Really great stuff and great production, too.

Whoa Al!!! This is quite the masterpiece, all of your arrangements are very special, this one is a killer, you have reached the Outer Limits, out of this world!!!
Open, spacious, dramatic, and emotional. This is simply beautiful and brilliant, Al! It grows from the first themes slowly and organically and shows masterful control throughout. I particularly like how the electronic elements here have a hard, driving edge yet don't overwhelm the overall mood or the mix. In a nutshell; outstanding!
Our Great Friend and Musician Al...this song is a "revolution" in Jazz...brilliant in instrumentation and production...fortunate is the film that will have this true masterpiece as dramatic theme for symbolizing the VERVE OF HISTORIC WATERSHED VIA REVOLUTION, E.G., FROM ANCIENT TIMES OF GREECE AND ROME TO MODERN TIMES OF AMERICA TO FRANCE TO RUSSIA TO ARAB SPRING... BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! And thank you for the download of this classic song: "CASTAMERE CASTELLUM" - An Ascenzion Revolutionary Catalyst In Music. Bob (and the JBBQ "Guys")

Oh, that intro is really fantastic. You are in a movie right away. The theme following has got such a simple theme (starting with the piano, later taken over by the violins). There is so much happening around. 2:18: More rhythms are coming in while the strings just continue their play. 2:50: Chaos coming in with some brass instruments. Such a nice change here. It makes me think of a battle field. I really like the piano in this scene, the pianist who just continue his/her play, without paying attention to the circumstances. 3:24: A modern beat coming in. In what time are we now? The theme continues, getting more and more wild/glorious, going to a climax and staying there until it is fading away. Good choice here because the music is staying in the head of the listener. Yes, this is different again from your other work. It would be really nice to hear it while watching the movie. About that modern beat I'm not sure if I would use that here, because it's taking the lis

You really do have a way of getting people hooked to the music right from the first few bars. Wonderful use of strings/orchestration which has the most dramatic and emotional feel to it, very soulful melody. Love the change at round 2:20 where it takes on a different atmosphere and again at around 2:55. All the twists and turns are truly captivating and carries us along effortlessly. Emotionally stirring and with a lot of depth, a superb piece of music.

Awesome right out the gate with the intro. Super Rhodes as Spin pointed out. An eclectic piece with a sweeping majesty to the arrangement. Classical elements with some infused funk providing great tension. A very impressive piece of first class music IMHO. How did you score this music if I may ask?

Didn´t suppose this, a second tune about Castamere..... great! Liked the rich instrumentations, in particular the Piano/Rhodes part at about 0:26, just followed by an elegant subtle funky guitar (0:42), introducing so the main theme that will be carried out by the strings. At 2:18 it starts with more power (drums), it is moving into a crescendo, suddenly a break/change at 2:50, danger is in the air, suspense, scary moments. WOW, this is a movie soundtrack for sure, the story of a revolution (call to arms) is told here, excellent choice of the instrumentions for the special movements. Al, I am listening to a new musician here, the special combination of electronica/jazz-funky spots into classic pronounced parts is superb, just my taste!!! :) One of the most interesting tune I had the pleasure to listen to in your great music gallery Al! Cheers Castamere!!
