I've listened to this several times just trying to wrap my head around it all - what a massively impressive work. The dynamic builds that crash and fall away in a manner that mirrors the subject, the depth of writing, the many moods encapsulated while remaining so cohesive, the performances... all I can say is WOW! It's one thing to capture a bit of that Beach Boys sound, but THIS is something else.

Brilliant in every way. Superbly written and very skilfully arranged and produced. Stunningly good playing and performance. When you consider how many hours & people were involved with Brian Wilson and a song like Good Vibrations, I think Tidal Wave is beyond amazing!
