If it's hot then give God the glory. If it's not then blame Mitch.
I'm Joe Johnson a local United Methodist Pastor. Before I felt God calling me into the ministry I thought I was going to be a rap artist. For 8 years I did nothing with music until my wife introduced me to a group called "The Gospel Gansters" in 1998. It was an eye opening experience. I was amazed to see people using rap for the glory of God. That day I picked up paper and pen and I haven't put it down yet.

Lyrics
Master’s Hand The auctioneer knew wouldn’t sell very well Held up the dirty old violin and said not heartfelt The next items not much but lets start the bidding please ? Give me a dollar, I see two! make it three?” Three dollars, going once; twice; but before it was gone A man came forth and asked the crowd “please hold on”. He Wiped off the dust and he tightened up the strings With love held the violin in weathered hands then made it sing The music ceased, and the crowd grew still and up and down each back there ran a chill The auctioneer cried “What do you bid now for the violin I thousand 2 thousand, 5 thousand, I see 10 10 thousand going once twice gone, and sold!” The crowd cheered for the violin though worn and old What changed the worth of the violin I don’t understand. They said it was changed by the touch of the Master’s hand. I’m thinking many of our lives are out of tune by self-indulgence, and sin come loose and ruined You know it’s true, what you sow you shall also reap and end up like that violin going out cheap We’re going once, going twice, but before the gavel falls God picks us up and does something that marvels all We don’t deserve the credit, we aint nothing but sinful man But oh what can be done with us … in the Master’s hand by Joseph Johnson Inspired by poem of unknown author Music by Black Violin
