I tried a lot of things to fill the emptiness inside
So I searched the broken city for some place I could hide
I tried to run away from life so I played the devil’s game
No matter what I’ve done before God loves me just the same.
I’m so glad I found Jesus

He has freed me from all sin
I played games with money I played games with fame
I played games of wisdom in many other names
But just like Anton LaVey, Aleister Crowley just as well
To play the game without the Lord you all go straight to hell.
