Story behind the song
Conceived September 2002.This is Take 1 Mix 1 Recorded September 2002 Sony DTC-700 More "DFX"-ing madness, as I totally trash the Statler Brothers trailer trash classic. Start with a loop of rudimentary drum pattern, wah rhythm guitar, piano. Then my mis remembered vocal of "I'VE got flowers......" instead of the proper "COUNTING flowers...."!! (Whoops!!) Then of course the "tobacco & Kiddy TV"(:-D) line before venturing off into the guitar solo segment, after which, I start piling on the full tilt chaos discordant stuff into the loop before closing it off with the final line about poisonous flowers going...... you know where!!! :-o ;)
Lyrics
(all lines repeated ad infinite) I've got flowers on the wall that don't bother me at all Smoking cigarettes and watching Captain Kangaroo POISONOUS POINSETTIAS UP YOUR ASS BABY YAAA HA HA.....!!!
