This is the closing section of a song called, 'Sixty-Seven'... from a Big Sleep album of the same name... recorded back in 2004.

Artist picture
Big Sleep is the name of the imaginary 'band/group, that all the music I create with my friend and musical collaborator, Tony Webster goes under. Tony is pictured on the right in the photo; me on the left in the dark blue suit. Tony is an artist / illustrator, writer of lyrics and stories, song arranger and a mine of information on any subject under the sun . . . I (David A Briggs) play all the instruments (mostly of the stringed variety), perform all the studio 'jiggery-pokery', sing and dabble a little in the visual arts.

Story behind the song
Oh boy, we really were in full Psychedelic flow during this point in time. I'd quite forgotten how wild and 'out there' these old recording of mine are!

Loved listening to!! Yes, I am coming from the same musical period (in which I grown up ), so I particularly loved all the arrangement and instrumentation used here!! ;) The WAh is so cool, also the atmosphere so psychedelic and dreamful. Fell in love with the Big Sleep project from the get-go and here's a prime example why. Beyond retro, borders on futuristic even. Trippy as all hell, ultra fine, highest quality, substantive, unrivaled atmosphere. I'll be back for the newer ones to cap off the fine summer of 2017 in style.
The groove is so solid, a perfect foundation that allows exploration to the furthest reaches of inner and outer space. Keep on groovin'.

Another outstanding piece of psychedelic wonderment! Truly inspired- love that bassline - really underpins the dreamy guitars and far out vocal. Excellent stuff.
