"firesong" is the songwriting ministry of Dan Simmons Thanks for stopping by. It's my desire to faithfully share that which has been given to me. A long time ago from heaven's distant shore 
The Father looked down on a world dying in sin
Hearts so far astray...drifting away
So He started building a bridge from heaven to them

He sent His Son to be the bridge for everyone
That would reach from the heart of the Father to the world far below
And the Bridge was complete when He died on Calvary
