Big Sleep is the name of the imaginary 'band/group, that all the music I create with my friend and musical collaborator, Tony Webster goes under. Tony is pictured on the right in the photo; me on the left in the dark blue suit.

I (David A Briggs) play all the instruments (mostly of the stringed variety), perform all the studio 'jiggery-pokery', sing and dabble a little in the visual arts.

A really great retro sound, yet something that stands the test of time - always the sign of a good song. Another winner - first class in every way, lyrics, production, guitars, arrangement, delivery - yeah, nailed it!
A bit of a forgotten gem...which pub did we go to ...The Rose & Crown of course...it's a Tetley's pub...a no brainer :)
