Another 'Automatic' ambient recording. Maybe we have accidently walked through a hidden portal and entered into a secret valley, shrouded in mystery ?.

Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
... this is another of my seemingly 'random' recordings, where the drum loop and simple bass is the starting point and catalyst for further improvisation. Once that these pieces get started they begin to take on a life all of their own. The evolving music itself suggests where it wants to go.

Bit of '60s vibe going on here, a little of Seargent Pepper for added spice! Very nice, David.

There's quite a bit of e-bow on this. I bought my e-bow in 1982. The guitar I used it on here is a Yamaha SF 500 which I bought in 1980.

Yeah this is really nice David. Picture wide open spaces and the breeze. Great textures and colours and superb playing of course. A very, very nice track.

I like this!! I agree with JO, it has that mystical Stonehenge feel to it. Love the arrangement, brilliant stuff, has a fantastic atmosphere. Superb production. Put a link to this up at Clickers, I think everyone should listen to this! Top notch track.

Well this is very nice isn't it. Could do a whole album of stuff like this. Great Soundscapes Of Great Britain. This one sounds right Stonehengey. You found an interesting valley indeed. But if you found it, then it's not lost anymore. Unless you've gotten where you parked it. You see, this is why they put up the numbers, you have to write them Down! Kudos. Do Piccadilly Circus next! Then just go 'roundabout... the ginormous Ferris wheel is pretty much a landmark now...
