Story behind the song

This funny, charming, charismatic and narcissistic guy who had flunked out of college but not left cultivated up-and-comers in my college singing group as a means of maintaining currency. He love-bombed me with attention and physical affection, a weird middle ground between platonic and sexual that is aka cock-teasing. This was easier for a man to do to another man at the time. A love note I found from a previous victim made me realize I wasnt the first.
