i am Steve Weyman from Bristol England and been playing guitar since I was 9 years of age and doing paid gigs in bands from age 14 playing covers and originals. I am a bit older ( quite a bit older now ! I am not gigging at the moment . I am teaching guitar and concentrating more on writing and recording in m y little home studio. Don't write in a particular style, it comes out how it comes out !

First, thank you for the visit and kind comment on 'Something Borrowed Something New'.
Kind of 'cute rock' vocal happening here, good rollin' groove, reminds me a little of the female vocalist in one of my bands some years ago.

Was waiting to hear you sing this Steve and thinking hmm good luck. I love heart and of course like everyone else Nancy. Whoever is singing this is doing a great job. Not to mention your backing track is spot on.

Okay, I own up, although I'd heard of the band Heart, I have no recollection of this actual song. Whoever this singer is, she is very, very good. Your, 'backing track'!, is fabulous and the two elements fit together to make one hell of fabulous song...a triumph...well done Steve and whoever you are :-)

Perfect Guitar playing....that woman really has the perfect voice for this song ,and she has a better vocal tone than Ann Wilson. So amazing.

Excellent version of this classic Heart tune. I listen to a classic rock station that plays this a lot. It's one of those tunes ya just gotta crank! Added to my covers Playlist.

Well that's a great version Steve. The girl vocalist has a voice that works in this genre. Basically in a nutshell you've both nailed it. Right up there with any other version I've heard of this classic song. It's that good. Well done and great job.
