Infused is an indie alternative rock band from Central Pennsylvania. Infused was founded in the early 2000s out of the remnants of the band, Upstream. Infused has a diverse style of influences ranging from rock to blues to alternative. Members include Shawn Huss - vocals and acoustic guitar, Adrianna Huss - vocals, Rod Skelley - electric guitar, acoustic guitar, keyboard and drums, and Dave Carles on bass. Infused albums include Beyond Cohesion (2004), Believe (2010) and Fade to Gray (2011), Auto Epiphany (2021) and Divine Sunset (2022). Singles include Manipulate Time (2011), Never (Acoustic Anthem for Ukraine) (2022), Within (Empty) (2022), Within (Empty and Quiet) (2022), You're Not Going That Way (2022), Please Don't Abandon Me (Acoustic Version) (2022), You Will Stay (2023).

Story behind the song
Within is an Infused song from the 2004 album, Beyond Cohesion. It was composed by Rod Skelley and it is probably his favorite song on the album. It has meditative lyrics that explore one's inner meditations. When he was writing the song, he fell asleep and reimagined the song with piano parts instead of guitar. Years later, Infused has now released the dreamlike reimagining of this song. Within (Empty) also restores the song to its original lyrics with three verses and outro lyrics. An instrumental version of this song also released called Within (Empty and Quiet).
