Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
It's interesting to hear and lots of fun to use dialog from old TV adverts and films. They have a wonderful naive charm all of their own. I enjoy creating what my friend Jesus Oldman has christened, 'Mind Movies'. I hope that you dear listener, will enjoy them too. So, sit back and allow yourself to be transported to a brilliant Future that never was.

The use of old dialog is excellent - the thing that comes across was a kind of naive hopefulness and a firm belief in new technology. Technology is great, but it's a double edged sword sometimes, it saves lives, yet it also destroys them. Love the accompaniment and the dialogue works brilliantly with it. Let's hope things work out as well as the advertisements would have us believe. They make the future sound so tempting!
